Our promise: We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers who help us run the store (see section 3), or when the law requires it.
1. What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Fraud prevention: When you place an order we record the IP address it came from, the approximate location of that address (city level), and basic browser details such as browser type, time zone and language. We use this only to protect you and us against fraudulent orders, and keep it with the order record.
Visitor statistics: To see how people find and use our websites (roaringtiger.com and big-penis.com, which we also publish), the sites themselves record which pages are viewed, the site or link you came from, your approximate location (country, region and city, worked out from your IP address) and your type of device and browser. No cookies are used and no outside analytics company is involved. Your IP address is not stored for this: visits are grouped under a code that changes every day, so we can’t recognise you from one day to the next. If you place an order, we note which of these sources your visit came from. We keep these records for up to 13 months.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
2. Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

3. Disclosure and service providers
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: our card payment processor and PayPal (to take payments), shipping carriers such as USPS (to deliver your order), our email delivery and live-chat providers (to send order emails and answer your messages), and our website hosting and security network. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
4. Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Card payments are entered in an encrypted payment form provided by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified card payment processor; PayPal payments are made with PayPal. Your full card number is never sent to or stored on our servers.
5. Cookies
We keep cookies to the minimum the store needs to work. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Sign-in: keeps you signed in to your account (30 days).
- Your cart and live-chat session are kept in your browser’s local storage so they survive a page reload.
- Our payment providers (our card processor and PayPal), our live chat and our website security and delivery network may set their own strictly necessary cookies to run securely.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: We don’t track you across other websites and don’t use advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of; visits that send these signals are treated exactly like any other. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
6. Age of consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
7. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
