24-Hour, Controlled Dosage Transdermal Delivery

For some key ingredients, transdermal (through the skin and directly into the bloodstream) is the most efficient delivery method. Transdermal delivery is achieved with topical ointments/creams or patches. Skin patches have the advantage of controlled dosage with easy application without feeling oily or greasy.

Roaring Tiger Performance Enhancing Patch is a matrix-construction, single layer patch. This patch includes the active ingredients in the adhesive on a backing that is applied to the skin. A protective liner is removed before applying the patch.


The active ingredients in the Roaring Tiger MPE Patch are driven from the adhesive molecule lattices by vapor back-pressure from natural skin aspiration. There are several avenues through the skin into the capillaries. Penetration of the skin barrier is also improved by the use of a proprietary combination of enhancers targeted to deliver Roaring Tiger’s active ingredients.

Advances in the use of enhancers over the last 20 years has broadened the application of transdermal delivery systems. There are also reasons to believe that transdermal delivery may be preferable to oral delivery for a large number of users.

First, transdermal delivery potentially improves user compliance compared with oral delivery. This is because there are no restrictions of when the patch should be administered or whether the user may eat afterward. In particular, daily patch delivery offers ease of use and is convenient, without the requirement to remember to take a pill. There is also the advantage of increased bioavailability, which means that smaller doses may be used for the same botanical, helping to minimize side effects. Third, the problem of first-pass metabolism is avoided, as well as the peaks and valleys created by oral delivery and GI tract absorption. A final benefit is that dosage may be stopped abruptly by simply removing the patch once desirable benefits are experienced.

Instructions for Use

Place one patch on the upper back, shoulder, arm, hip or torso - a location that is not regularly exposed to sunlight. Make sure the skin is clean and dry. Peel off the patch backing and firmly press the adhesive side onto the skin. Change location when applying new patch.

Day 5+: Wear one patch every day for 72 hours (3 days). The benefits should become noticeable after the first three consecutive days of use. Once the benefits are noticed, remove the patch and apply a new one in a new location.

After removing the patch, clean the area with an alcohol wipe to remove the residual adhesive.

It has been shown to increase libido and performance, improve fertility rates, and has shown the ability to increase testosterone levels up to 440%.

Clinical Testing, Conducted by Dr. Steve Lamm

In addition to the multitude of existing studies on LJ100™ (Eurycoma Longifolia), we also had the opportunity to conduct our own in-house Clinical Observation Study with 5 patients. We tested patients in order to gauge the effects on testosterone serum level in males. The patients were asked to apply the patch for a 7 day period and return to the clinic for a follow-up testosterone level check. The results are listed below:

** This patient was later found to be a diabetic male. Clearly this is a trend to a higher testosterone level, even after only 1 week of usage.

With 50% of males 40 and older having low testosterone levels, the patch is a very useful adjunct to an overall wellness program. We will soon repeat the observational study and expand the numbers to include a placebo control group. Please check back soon for those results.
