Roaring Tiger Shipping & Return Policy

All orders ship the next business day using the selected shipping method. Items can be returned within 21 days after purchase. Merchandise must be unused/unopened and accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt. A refund of the price paid minus shipping costs will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order. If an order is cancelled after it ships, the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer Preferred Program

When you place an order for our Free Trial Offer, you are enrolling in a monthly recurring membership program which grants you large discounts on your monthly supply of RoaringTiger. You agree that 10 days after placing your Trial order, you will take delivery of 1 month supply + shipping. THIS SHIPMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. After your first month you may cancel your membership at any time 3 days before the next billing cycle. If you receive your subsequent reorders automatically in the mail and wish to return them, simply send the unused product back by insured mail (or we can not guarantee a refund) and you will be issued a refund minus shipping and a $10 restocking fee.
As a member of our Customer Preferred Program you are given a courtesy return window of 21 days. If you do wish to return the product (as per our policy above) you have 21 days to do so. If your product is opened, punctured, used or in any way tampered with, no refund will be issued. If your product is missing any quantity that is listed on your invoice, you will not be refunded.
